Five Corporate Bag Formats and Where Each One Fits
Most corporate bag programmes draw on a handful of formats. Choosing the right one depends on what people carry and where. Here are five formats from the HANDCRAFT range, with where each fits and what to confirm before a bulk order. This is a shortlist, not a ranking. 1. Conference bags
Where it fits: delegate kits, seminars, trade fairs and training programmes where participants carry documents and the organiser’s selected materials.
Check: fit with your actual contents, pockets, closure and any badge or insert window, as visible on the specific product. See Jute Conference Bags.
2. Office bags
Where it fits: employee joining kits and recognition gifts where the bag is meant for regular commuting use.

3. Laptop bags
Where it fits: employee programmes and partner gifts where carrying a laptop is the main use.

4. File folders and envelopes
Where it fits: proposals, conference handouts, certificates and onboarding documents presented in a slim format.

5. Box-style Tesco jute bags
Where it fits: launches, client gifting and exhibitions where boxed or bulky contents need to sit upright. “Tesco” is HANDCRAFT’s style name for this side-gusset format and has no connection to the retailer.

All formats are made to the buyer’s required size and printing brief. HANDCRAFT uses azo-free inks. Usual delivery guidance is 2–4 weeks, depending on quantity and printing; sampling is case by case.
Mixing formats in one programme
Some programmes use more than one format, for example a conference bag for all delegates and a laptop bag for speakers. Keep the branding consistent across formats and list each one with its quantity in the enquiry. The artwork may need resizing for each print area.
